This is precisely where our support comes in – before disputes become truly expensive: With over 18 years of experience in technical construction consulting in the fields of building protection, flooring and paving, and with a comprehensive background in skilled trades, we offer expert assistance and support in identifying and resolving construction damage and defects, as well as general technical questions in these areas. We can also mediate between the parties involved. Construction projects are professionally and independently supervised upon request – from the initial analysis and consultation to potential execution. Our expertise allows us to identify complex causes of damage, implement specific requirements technically, and develop feasible, standards-compliant, and durable solutions. These services are also available to property management companies and insurance companies. Free of charge: - Initial on-site consultation - Site visit for needs assessment, defect analysis, or damage analysis - Assessment of the current situation, including initial photo documentation - Travel within a 20 km radius of Pieterlen (BE) included - Optional preparation of a quote by the client The initial consultation serves to precisely identify the issue, document potential causes, and fully record the current situation. Based on this, concrete solutions or further measures will be developed, individually tailored to the needs and specific circumstances. Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
