Service Description

We support building owners, planners, administrators, and contractors in construction projects where quality, costs, and deadlines must be reliably managed. With PQM, we make quality visible, verifiable, controllable, traceable, and documentable. Our focus is on rigid floor coverings and their substrates—especially ceramics, natural stone, coatings, screeds, bonded waterproofing systems, wet rooms, and damage-prone interfaces. We consider quality not only in the finished surface, but also in the planning phase, the substrate, the detailed design, the professional execution, the necessary approvals and acceptances, resulting in significantly fewer defect rectifications. We proactively support projects through risk analyses, inspection and approval points, technical assessments, interface clarification, substrate inspections, photographic documentation, and practical quality assurance on the construction site. This allows defects to be identified early, subsequent costs to be reduced, and schedule risks to be better managed. We provide monitoring and control throughout the construction process, using clear checkpoints, transparent protocols, and expert assessments of the work performed. In the event of damage, defects, or disputes, we offer proactive support through structured condition assessments, damage evaluations, root cause analysis, and objective documentation. 4BM is certified according to ISO/IEC 17024 and stands for clear, technically sound, and practical project support. Our goal is to identify risks early, provide transparent support for decisions, and ensure the safer, more transparent, and sustainable success of construction projects. Free of charge: Initial on-site consultation PQM assessment tailored to the project Includes travel up to 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) Optional: Construction monitoring through measurements and documentation, as well as follow-up inspections and logging
