Service Description
Damp basements or damp basement walls on the ground floor have a lasting impact on both the living environment and the building structure. In the long term, such moisture damage can lead to mold growth and other health-damaging consequences. The causes of moisture in floors and walls are identified on-site, and a tailored renovation proposal is developed based on this information. Customized solutions are crucial, especially for older buildings that do not meet current insulation and waterproofing standards. Initial on-site inspection appointment: - Inspection and recording of the current situation, including moisture measurements - Including travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a suitable offer, optionally with in-house implementation Optional additional services – by arrangement or expenditure: - Further inspections or expert consultations on-site or via video chat - Clarifications with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Moisture measurements, including measurement reports - Creation of moisture profiles with documentation - Salt analyses (semi-quantitative) including reports - Development of special technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Smaller construction projects as part of the renovation of masonry and basement walls The goal is a sustainable renovation that improves both the functionality and the indoor climate in the long term.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
