Custom masonry work ideally complements our range of services and offers targeted support for renovation and refurbishment projects. Whether it's facade renovations, balcony or terrace renovations, or interior work in stairwells, basements, or bathrooms – all projects are professionally managed from the initial analysis through to implementation. The goal is not just to carry out individual repairs, but to develop holistic solutions that are individually tailored to the specific construction situation. This preserves the long-term value of the property while simultaneously enhancing its appearance and technical performance. Free on-site inspection appointment: - Inspection and recording of the current situation, including measurements - Including travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a customized quote – either in-house or in collaboration with qualified partner companies Additional services – by arrangement or according to the required effort: - Additional inspections or expert consultations on-site or via video chat - Consultations with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Development of special technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Smaller construction projects and custom masonry work as part of a renovation Custom-tailored solutions, professionally executed and long-lasting, ensure quality and durability – regardless of project size and scope.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
