Our goal is not just to perform individual repairs, but to develop comprehensive solutions tailored to each specific building situation. This ensures the long-term value of the property is maintained while simultaneously enhancing it both aesthetically and technically. Free on-site consultation: - Site visit and assessment of the current situation, including measurements - Includes travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a customized quote Additional services – by arrangement or depending on the scope of work: - Additional site visits or expert consultations on-site or via video chat - Coordination with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Development of special technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Construction measurements, if necessary - Minor construction work and masonry work for clients as part of a renovation Tailor-made solutions, professionally and durably executed, ensure quality and longevity – regardless of project size and scope.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
