Minor concrete renovations
Concrete repairs on floors, walls and ceilings
Service Description
Natural aging processes, such as carbonation, make concrete more susceptible to damage over time. Typical symptoms include cracks, spalling, and eroded surfaces. Construction components exposed to high levels of de-icing salt are particularly vulnerable – for example, in garage entrances, on balconies, or on staircases. Here, aging progresses more rapidly, and resistance to environmental influences decreases significantly. Wear and tear are further accelerated by weathering and mechanical stress. Regular maintenance and repair measures are essential to preserve the longevity, appearance, and functionality of concrete components. From garage entrances and retaining walls to basement walls, exposed concrete stairs, and balconies – the appropriate repair solution is tailored to each individual case. If desired, the work can be carried out directly by the client. Initial on-site consultation: - Inspection and assessment of the current situation, including measurements - Includes travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a customized quote Further services – by agreement or depending on the scope of work: - Additional site visits, inspections, or technical consultations on-site or via video chat - Coordination with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Various measurements for the condition and damage analysis of concrete - Development of specific technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Measurement of compressive strength, bond strength, or carbonation depth - Professional execution of the repair work The goal is always a sustainable repair that preserves both the function and the appearance of the concrete component in the long term.
