Service Description
Due to natural aging processes such as carbonation, concrete becomes more susceptible to damage over time. Typical manifestations include cracks, spalling, and eroded surfaces. Components exposed to high levels of de-icing salt – such as in garage entrances, on balconies, or on stairways – are particularly at risk. Aging progresses more rapidly here, and resistance to environmental influences decreases significantly. Wear is further accelerated by weathering and mechanical stress. To maintain the longevity, appearance, and functionality of concrete components, regular maintenance and renovation measures are essential. From garage entrances to retaining walls and basement walls to exposed concrete stairs or balconies – the right renovation solution is tailored to your individual needs. If desired, the work can be carried out directly by the customer. Initial on-site inspection appointment: - Inspection and recording of the current situation, including measurements - Including travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a customized quote, optionally with in-house execution Additional services – by arrangement or expense: - Additional visits, inspections, or technical consultations on-site or via video chat - Consultations with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Various measurements for concrete condition and damage analysis - Development of special technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Professional execution of the renovation work The goal is always a sustainable repair that preserves both the function and appearance of the concrete component in the long term.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
