Service Description
Joint repairs are among the regularly recurring maintenance tasks of almost every property. Whether it's maintenance joints like silicone joints in bathrooms or kitchens, discolored joints on ceramic tiles or natural stone coverings, floor-wall connection joints in basements, or joints in existing coverings – every joint is subject to individual stresses, movement, and wear. Over time, these stresses lead to signs of fatigue, necessitating regular maintenance and timely renewal. We offer individual consultations and customized solutions, tailored to the specific building situation and individual needs. Free of charge for the initial consultation: - On-site inspection - Assessment of the current situation, including photo documentation and measurements - Preparation of a quote for professional joint repair once all necessary information has been gathered and clarified - Includes travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) Further services – by arrangement or depending on the scope of work: - Additional site visits or technical consultations on-site or via video chat - Construction and moisture measurements of all necessary types (e.g., moisture, dew point, geometry, crack widths, etc.) - Coordination with involved contractors, manufacturers, or building owners - Development of specific technical solutions in accordance with applicable standards - Professional execution of the joint repair according to the concept and agreed-upon terms The goal of every project is a technically flawless, visually appealing, and durable solution – tailored to the individual requirements of the property.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
