Service Description
Floor Repairs (Smart Repair / Spot Repair) Whether it's a dent or crack in a ceramic kitchen tile, or a sharp object that fell on the wooden floor and left an unsightly hole – such damage is not only visually unappealing, but can also compromise the flooring in the long run. Completely replacing the flooring is often complex, noisy, dusty, and expensive. Smart repair or spot repair methods often offer a visually appealing and significantly more affordable alternative. While not 100% invisible, even when replacing individual wood or ceramic tiles – if they are still present – patches often remain clearly visible to the trained eye. Furthermore, if there is a waterproof membrane beneath the flooring, spot repair can be technically challenging or risky. In such cases, a professional repair – or at least an attempt – is a sensible solution. Damage is assessed on-site, feasibility is evaluated, and a customized quote is provided upon request. We assess the damage on-site, determine the feasibility, and provide a customized quote upon request. Free initial consultation: - On-site inspection including assessment of the current situation - Assessment of the extent of the damage - Includes travel up to a maximum of 20 km from Pieterlen (BE) - Preparation of a customized repair quote once all relevant points have been clarified Additional services – by arrangement or depending on the scope of work: - Additional inspections or technical consultations on-site or via video chat - Coordination with specialist companies, manufacturers, or building owners - Development of customized technical solutions - Professional execution of the repair or renovation according to the quote The goal is always to achieve the most discreet and technically sound repair possible – as an economical alternative to replacing the tiles.

Cancellation Policy and Conditions (Art. 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) Cancellation and Rebooking Appointment bookings for viewings, consultations, and services can be canceled or rebooked free of charge by the client up to 24 hours before the agreed start date. The cancellation or rebooking must be made in text form (email, SMS, in writing) or by telephone. The time of receipt by 4BM Blickenstorfer is decisive. Cancellations after the deadline If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start date of the appointment or if the client does not appear for the appointment ("no-show"), 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to charge a flat-rate cancellation fee of CHF 150. Any material or travel costs already incurred will be charged separately. Obligations of the Client The client is obligated to keep the agreed appointment or to cancel/rebook in a timely manner. In the event of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 4BM Blickenstorfer reserves the right to only accept further bookings against advance payment. Legal Basis These regulations are based on the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations, in particular Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) (liability for non-performance).
